How we hire
1. Cultural fit interview
This is a first interview with a member of our talent acquisition team where you'll learn more about heycar and our company values. We'll also take you through the full interview process, your salary expectations and any other questions you might have. It's also a chance for us to get to know you better, and find out what excites you about joining heycar.
2. Hiring manager interview
At the next stage, you'll meet the hiring manager, and have an in-depth chat about the role, your skills and past experiences. It'll be your chance to ask them questions about the team and opportunity.
3. Challenge & Meet the team!
We may ask you to complete a task-based challenge to help us get an idea of how you approach problem solving. It'll also give you a view of the types of projects you could be working on day-to-day. You'll also have the chance to get to meet members of your future team!
Here at heycar we pay people fairly and have regular salary reviews to make sure that your pay reflects your responsibilities.
We offer a pension contribution of 5%, when you contribute 3%.
We’ll give you ongoing personal development support. This can come in the form of Lunch and Learns run by the team or more specific learning for your role.

At heycar, everyone has the choice to divide their working time as they want. The only important thing is that our core working times are between 10 am to 4 pm.

Family leave
We offer you paid maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave which can include up to 52 weeks of primary caregiver leave (13 weeks at 100% pay, 13 weeks at 50% pay, 13 weeks at Statutory Maternity Pay).
