This is a first interview with a member of our talent acquisition team where you'll learn more about heycar and our company values. We'll also take you through the full interview process, your salary expectations and any other questions you might have. It's also a chance for us to get to know you better, and find out what excites you about joining heycar.
At the next stage, you'll meet the hiring manager, and have an in-depth chat about the role, your skills and past experiences. It'll be your chance to ask them questions about the team and opportunity.
We may ask you to complete a task-based challenge to help us get an idea of how you approach problem solving. It'll also give you a view of the types of projects you could be working on day-to-day. You'll also have the chance to get to meet members of your future team!
Here at heycar we pay people fairly and have regular salary reviews to make sure that your pay reflects your responsibilities.
