Spacious, well equipped and - thanks to this car's larger 77kWh battery - capable of over 300 miles on a charge, this Volkswagen ID.4 is all the family car you could ever need, regardless of how it's powered. Just eight months old, this one-owner ID.4 cost over £45,000 new, and has most of its eight-year, 100,000-mile battery warranty intact. As an exclusive car to heycar, there's free delivery, a one-year warranty and £750 cashback, too.
The Renault Captur is one of the most popular small SUVs on sale thanks to the fact it offers plenty of versatility for growing families, and solid value for money. A recent facelift has updated the tech and refreshed the looks, while the Evolution Hybrid 145 model we've chosen should cost very little to run. A 0% APR deal and Renault chipping in £400 towards your deposit helps, too.
The Volkswagen ID.3 felt like it was a slightly rushed product when it first arrived. However, design tweaks and improved software are welcome recent updates, while the relaxing drive and long electric range remain. Volkswagen has two PCP offers on the ID.3, either a three-year deal with 0% APR and a £3200 deposit contribution, or a 5.9% deal over four years with £6550 towards your deposit.
The Audi Q4 e-tron is a posh and practical electric SUV crammed with technology and with an excellent battery range. This Sport 45 model comes with an Audi deposit contribution of over £10,000, which helps drop monthly payments down to £499 over a four-year PCP deal with a 6.9% APR. The mileage limit is a useful 10,000 per year, too.
The Nissan Qashqai is one of the UK's best-selling cars, and the head-turning facelift of the current model makes it one of the most distinctive. The new look doesn't come at the cost of the big reason it's so popular as a family SUV though, as features like fold-flat rear seats and wide rear door openings are all present and correct. This deal is for a Qashqai N-Connecta with 4.99% APR and a £2300 towards your deposit , while Nissan offers varying deposit contributions and APR depending on the model.
The best-selling car in the UK right now, the Kia Sportage has a striking design, loads of interior space and is packed with plenty of equipment. Kia is now offering the Sportage Shadow model with two years' free servicing, no deposit and a £1000 deposit contribution. As with most PCP deals, though, you can adjust things – if you do have a deposit, you could drive down your monthly costs further.
The Mercedes CLA is coming up for replacement. But if you're on the lookout for a posh small coupe and you're OK with not driving the absolute latest model, this zero deposit deal on the outgoing CLA could be worth a look. A £3500 deposit contribution takes care of the deposit, so you don't have to, plus there's free servicing and a relatively low 4.9% APR.
The Skoda Elroq is the firm's latest EV and the smaller sibling to the Enyaq. The Elroq is perfect for small families, and boasts a great range, loads of interior space and is even pretty fun to drive. Despite the fact it's only just arrived in the UK, Skoda is offering a £3000 deposit contribution on a four-year 6.9% APR deal, or 0% APR over a 36-month term. There's a generous 10,000-mile annual limit, too, and we're featuring the entry-level Elroq SE 50 here.
The Ford Explorer is an electric SUV with a decent range, fine handling and lots of equipment. In fact, it could easily be your only car. Right now, Ford offers two 0% APR deals over three and four years, attracting a £3000 and £2000 deposit contribution respectively. We've chosen an Explorer Premium which means those who can find the £7833 deposit, and £420 a month, won't pay a penny in interest over four years.
The Hyundai i10 is a great option if you're looking for a small car that can surprise you with just how much it feels like a larger one. Yes, the 63PS petrol engine isn't the last word in performance, but the i10's interior is spacious and, as this is a Premium trim car, you get climate control, a heated steering wheel and wireless phone charging all included. Add in a saving of just under three grand and you're on to a winner.
The Renault Clio is the slightly more chic alternative to small hatchbacks like the Volkswagen Polo and SEAT Ibiza. And that's especially true if you opt for the top of the current Clio range Esprit Alpine trim. There's digital instruments, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay-compatible infotainment, wireless smartphone charging, a heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, plus because it's a hybrid it comes with an automatic gearbox.
The latest Dacia Duster is better to drive, more efficient and better looking than its predecessors, yet remains impressive value-for-money. This deal on the hybrid version of the new Duster requires quite a large deposit and is based on just 6000 miles a year, but has a reasonably low 4.9% APR, and there's no doubting the affordability of the monthly payments.
If you're looking for value for money, the MG3 is well worth a look. Not only is it cheap to buy, but the MG3 is well equipped, genuinely good to drive and has a decent amount of space for a small hatchback. The engine's not the most sophisticated, but it's hard to argue when you're getting this much car for under £170 a month.
