Best 0% APR Car Finance Deals April 2025

Best 0% APR Car Finance Deals April 2025
Any Make
Any Model

You've come to the right place if you're looking for the best 0% APR car finance deals.

While the news might be full of talk of inflation and high interest rates, there are still some fantastic zero interest offers on new cars to be had. Granted, a 0% APR finance deal isn't quite as common as it was pre-pandemic, but provided you're a little flexible on the model and trim you're after, 0% car finance deals are out there.

But with a range of new car deals available to buyers, why should you be looking at a 0% finance car deal?

Even the best PCP car deals will incur interest (APR) over the length of the contract. Durations can vary from as little as 24 months right up to 60 months (here's looking at you, Vauxhall). This means that on top of your monthly payments for the car, interest will be added on top, resulting in higher monthly payments. What makes 0% APR car finance deals so attractive is, as the name suggests, you pay no interest over the term of your agreement.

The result is lower monthly payments and the fact that you're only paying for the cost of the car if you elect to settle the optional final payment. One thing to bear in mind though is that you might be required to put down a larger deposit than if you were paying interest on a PCP deal, but that's a consideration you have to weigh up with your financial circumstances.

So, if you're looking to get the cheapest car finance deals on the market, we've searched all the current manufacturer finance offers to round up the best 0% car finance deals just for you.

  • 0 APR Car Deal FAQs

If you've found your perfect car on 0% finance and can afford the monthly repayments, unfortunately it's still not quite a done deal yet. As with any loan you take out, a zero interest car finance deal requires your credit score to be checked, and the better your credit rating the more likely you are to be accepted. An offer like this tends to require a strong score as there's less in the deal for the lender, so it's good to check your score in advance and take action to improve it to make sure you seal the 0% deal.

While you're not paying any interest on a 0% APR car finance deal, you will still need to put down a deposit. You might find you need a larger deposit compared with an equivalent offer where you're paying interest each month. The good news is that in some instances the manufacturers will support this with a deposit contribution.

It's also worth bearing in mind how much the monthly payments will be on the 0% APR deal, and how they compare with one that does have interest, as sometimes they can vary quite a bit. It's important that you take the  time to ensure you can afford each and every monthly payment before you sign up for any deal.

As you'll see from our list of the best 0% APR car finance deals, there's a wide range of different cars available, from brilliant small cars to large electric SUVs, so the car you choose really comes down to your needs and budget. One thing to be mindful of though is 0% APR isn't offered as widely as it once was, meaning you might have to compromise on make and model in order to find a deal that works for you. One trend that seems to be here to stay is that electric vehicles are more regularly offered with 0% APR, in order to make switching to electric that bit more palatable.

Offering a 0% APR car finance deal is a great way for manufacturers to attract potential buyers. One major stumbling block for potential buyers signing a finance deal is the idea of paying more for the privilege of buying in instalments. If you agree to waive that fee, and make the buyer pay no more for their car than they would if they did with cash outright, then you might be in a better position to persuade someone to sign on the dotted line, especially if a rival car dealership doesn't have such a tempting offer on the table.

You can, but you'll have to look a bit harder for these deals and have a very strong credit score on hand before you get approved for the deal. 0% APR finance on a used car isn't that common these days, but large dealers tend to offer a range of financial products and promotions including cashback, extra warranties and servicing deals and so in in order to get you behind the wheel of a used car.

Any deal where you get a free loan is a good idea. Because you're not paying interest each month you can potentially save yourself thousands of pounds over the period of the loan agreement. Remember though that some of these deals can run over four years, so make sure you're picking the right car for your needs for both now and in the future, and make sure you take the time to understand how much you'll be paying both in advance, as deposits for 0% APR deals can be larger, plus your monthly payments.
