Jaguar Approved Used cars come with a 12-month warranty that covers anything that isn't considered wear and tear. PHEV and electric models come with a battery warranty of up to eight years or 100,000 miles.
Jaguar will cover the cost of any work required to pass the first MoT for your approved used car, up to the cost of £750.
Jaguar carries out a 165-point check on every car on its approved used scheme, with repairs carried out using genuine parts and each car awarded a certificate to prove the work has been carried out to a satisfactory standard.
Yes, all Jaguar Approved Used cars have an independently verified history check that proves they haven't been written off or stolen and that there is no outstanding finance.
In the event that your Jaguar has a fault that cannot be resolved, if it's within the first 30 days and the car has covered no more than 1000 miles from the date of purchase, it will be replaced with one of a similar specification or a refund will be offered.

Jaguar is one of the most famous British brands in motoring, and while it has not been a British-owned company since the 1980s it continues to design and build much of its output in the UK. A premium manufacturer competing with the established German competition, modern Jaguars are designed to pay homage to its iconic cars of the past but with fresh and eye-catching designs, combined with advanced technology and lightweight aluminium construction.
The XE saloon is a compact premium car that offers an engaging driving experience, while the bigger XF brings more luxury and additional space, including an estate version dubbed Sportbrake. Jaguar’s SUV range includes the compact E-Pace and mid-sized F-Pace, both of which are fun to drive and practical. The I-Pace is Jaguar’s pure EV which still drives with typical Jaguar flair but is clever and efficient too, while sports car fans will enjoy the F-Type coupe and convertible which are the brand’s most exciting models. Crowning the range is the XJ executive saloon, packed with luxury and a choice of powerful engines.
The iconic Jaguar badge, featuring the roaring face of the eponymous animal, is called a growler...

You're spoilt for choice with every type of modern Jaguar listed for sale, including:
We'd avoid the E-Pace, which doesn't truly drive like a Jaguar (it shares its platform with the Land Rover Discovery Sport). If you want a Jaguar SUV, the larger F-Pace is a better bet – it rides and handles like a Jaguar should, while also being usefully practical. The XE, XF and XJ saloons aren't the most sophisticated amongst their peers, but they drive very well and are just as practical – they're all worth considering.
Buying a used Jaguar makes a lot of sense. They tend to lose a lot of value in the first three years, so you could pick up a car of a modest age and mileage for significantly less than a new model that feels nigh on identical.
That's entirely down to what you're look for from a car. Mercedes-Benz models tend to be setup with a biased towards comfort with numb controls that make them more relaxing to drive. Jaguars are sharper and more fun to drive, though not as cosseting on a longer drive.
Approved Used car schemes are one of the best ways of getting your hands on a second hand car without having to worry about condition and mechanical reliability.
